What do you guys usually log as exercise?

Deliberate workouts.
Don't log cleaning and such, unless it's a really thorough spring type cleaning. Walking the dog can count. Just start with your best judgement. If weight loss slows a lot, then you might be logging a bit too much.2 -
I typically only log my gym work outs. Used to log stretching, but then figured it wasn't worth wasting my time over. Also, I log my weekly cleaning because I'm running around, scrubbing floors, putting a lot of time and elbow grease in and usually end up sweating my butt off.
Also, the suggestion is to not eat back exercise calories, and if you do, to only eat back half. Personally, when I lift, I lift hard and I probably burn way more than I log (if I'm there for an hour of heavy lifting I'll log 30-minutes just so I know I burned way more) so I eat it back most of the time. Plus, I'm going for muscle gains, so I never go by the scale, just BF%.1 -
