My goal for the month of September is to begin walking daily again and increasing distance with my German Shepherd training partner Julian. I'm recovering from major surgery that I had on 9/2 and am not allowed back to the gym until 10/1.

I started walking with my dog after I had surgery. 2 years later, I am at 756 days (today), in a row, walking a consistent mile or more with no missed days. I lost almost 40 lbs, and feel better overall. Good luck!1

Hope you have a quick recovery! Beautiful pup. I'm sure she'll be a great training partner.0
