Tuna Melts with a twist

So I made this, used only one mushroom cap and half the mayo, and it was the most delicious thing ive probably ever eaten. Not to mention I was so stuffed afterwards I couldnt function. My version was 351 calories. Go forth and eat good food.

    I've made tuna melts on a tomato before. Never thought of a mushroom!

    I never thought of a tomato! Im not a big fan of tomato but the boyfriend is, and he isn't into mushrooms so maybe I can make that for him instead :)

    mmm. That sounds delicious.

    It tasted so indulgent but wasn't incredibly bad for me. Very happy.
