Easy, quick desserts?
I'm going with my husband this Sunday night to some couples thing for younger couples in the church. We said we'd bring dessert. There's going to be about 20-22 people. I want to make something that isn't calorie loaded, but is somewhat easy and quick and, most important, tastes good. Anyone have any good recipes?

SF Jello, take light whipped cream with you to top... or make sugar-free Jell-O salad using fruit inside the jello0

Or maybe a layered parfait (in a giant bowl of course, or cake pan)1

I made 2 batches of s'mores blondie brownie bars. Took maybe 5 minutes to prep and 25 minutes to bake. Cool before cutting!! I'd say make 2 or 3 8x8 pans at a time and you'll knock it out. FYI: these are made with chickpeas instead of flour. https://richbitchcooking.wordpress.com/2016/09/11/vegan-smores-blondie-smores-cookie-dough-chickpeas/

Nutella+strawberries.
Substations for Nutella include whipped cream, nut butter, Reese's spread, and Hershey's spread0 -
