    I started on October 13th (the day after my 50th birthday!) and I've lost 19lbs so far. I love IP!! Its so easy & I really like the foods. It is expensive (I'm averaging about $100 a week) but its my gift to me! I usually save to go away in the spring. I'll skip that this year & next year go away with a slim,healthy body!
