I hate when I am done for the day but can't sleep.. then I am sooo hungry ugh

If you are hungry, eat. Listen to your body and don't be ruled by numbers. Having a healthy lifestyle isn't all about sticking to your calorie limit for the day, you are not a robot. I found that bananas helped with late night hunger pangs or maybe some porridge (oatmeal).0
