Hello, I just started on here tonight! I entered all my food for today, and all I can say is WOW! What an eye opener. I can certainly say that is website is going to help me with food accountability.

Just a little about me.....I'm 36, married, with 2 girls and a boy, living in the country on a small farm where we raise chickens and dairy goats. I'm a stay-at-home mom and I will be homeschooling our kids (I still think I'm a bit crazy for doing it, but God has led me to it so we'll see).

I've been stuck at 255 # for years now, had my boy 8 months ago and lost 15 # by breastfeeding. I started (and just finished) Rockin' Body workout by Shaun T and I loved it. I lost 7 # with it, and 2 in. off my waist. Assuming I haven't caught a stomach bug (been to the bathroom several times tonight), I will be starting Hip Hop Abs by Shaun T tomorrow. My short-term goal is 200 # and my long-term goal is 150 #. Anything else, please ask! I wish us all luck in our battle of the bulges!!

Thank you for sharing. This works! I am back again because I need accountability and people with common goals . This site is awesome. Use the tools they give you here and resources. I will send you a friend request. Hugs, Melissa

Very cool. I started Turbo Fire at the end of January with a friend, and we have three workouts left. When our schedules conflict we workout at home, so the five month program has taken us a little longer. When we're done that, we start Hip Hop Abs (I love beachbody products). I started at 252.5, and have lost 48lbs total. I joined this site a few days ago because I knew I wasn't eating enough, but didn't know how to manage it properly. Like you, I was amazed when I logged my food. I love the accountability, and the beyond friendly people. Add me if you'd like, and good luck on your journey. Keep Pressing Play!!!

Welcome! I just started my journey last week... so I definitely know what you mean about eyeopening!.....My immediate goal is just to log, and then work in some exercise. I do walk my two dogs consistently, but clearly just doing that hasn't helped me loose weight, haha! Being accountable for my calories is going to do wonders. Cheers to support and keeping positive. Hugs!
