Hey guys! I've been trying to lose some weight since the beginning of july, and I try to stay at 1200 calories per day. Usually I stick to this goal (ofcourse Ive had cheat days especially when im out with friends/family but it doesnt happen that often). Even Ive seen a bit of a difference in my body and face, the scale says the same number. Ive dropped a kilo but thats it.. now im stuck.. do any of you had anything similar? Do u have any advice? Should i put specific foods in my diet?
I'd appreciate any help :) thanks:)

No, no special foods. Just set an appropriate calorie goal for your height, weight, age and sex, to lose 1% of your total body weight per week. Then log everything, check each database entry for errors, hit calorie goal every day (or on average per week), don't cheat, be patient.

    ^^^this and

You have lost weight so that is still a loss.. and if you are adhering to your deficit, logging accuracy is spot on etc. you are not stuck, perhaps you having a slower week.

There are no specific foods, weight loss in not linear unfortunately, and there is fat loss not showing on the scale that maybe masked by water retention as in female hormones, sodium, carb intake, hydration, muscle repair, stress, lack of sleep, etc.

Stay the course, keeping your calorie deficit consistent (no over calories or under eating calories).
