MFP and Fitbit not syncing

Anyone else having issues with the new update and the two apps not syncing properly any more?

I've got 47 mins of exercise logged in MFP but Fitbit is only registering 25 minutes and my calories also seem off.

This is the first time I've had this happen in the 12 months Ive been syncing the two apps.
