Turkey Sausage Patties

1 pound lean ground turkey
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 1/4 tsp. coriander
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup nonfat chicken broth
Combine all ingredients except broth in a large bowl. Mix well, then add the broth and mix again. Form into 8 patties. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Cook patties until brown on both sides and well done.
