Starting AGAIN!

Hi all! I am a working mom of 3 little ones (8, 6 and 3) trying to start again to lose weight, gain energy and improve overall health. Like many of you, I was once fit and healthy - before kids, marriage and career. I'm tired of feeling bad that I didn't keep up my workouts and balanced diet and tired of eating my disappointment. I'm ready for a new chapter! Friend me if you want to do this together!

    Evenings are the worst for me as well in eating, been that way all my life. One thing that helps me is logging the food through out the day with MFP. Then in the evening if I am near my calorie limit for the day it helps to give me a little extra resolve not to snack. However, I do leave about a 100-150 calories and I do plan for a snack after dinner. I think if you plan for the time of the day were you have the most issues you have a chance of being more successful.
