Well Hello there, from a Derby lad

Hi,
As it says"Hello There" i am new to mfp, used to write down my diary, so this is so much easier.
Only criticism so far "fructose". I enjoy fruit and try to eat at least 5 pieces a day, yet mfp complains that i have gone over my sugar allowance. I don't drink sugar and rarely eat it, my sugadar is very aware. I do like it, but am very conscious of it.
I have looked in the settings to see if it can be added, but no joy.
Only my 2nd day with it so lets see.
