Anyone lose 100+ lbs using a bowflex max trainer? Thoughts anyone?

Exercise machines work on one's fitness. If one needs to lose weight, they just need to eat less than they burn, regardless if they exercise or not.

I'm very late answering but agree with the previous poster. I just got the M5 recently and I love it but its hard man!!! I can't get past 15 minutes but Im not on it consistently due to an injury. While I only have 35lbs to lose, I'm hoping to achieve losing it with the machine along with my clean eating.0
