I lost 87.6 pounds

So after a year of 1,500-1,750 calories per day, I'm down to 196.8, BMI normal at 6'3-1/2" I was good to go at my life insurance physical today. I can run a mile in under eight minutes. So where do I go from here? I just want to tell everyone that it's really possible. Just stay steady and don't worry if you plateau or cheat here and there. The secret? Consistently meeting your calorie count day in day out and walk every day. Walking is key to maintaining. Peace
