I'm not new..just returnin...im on hydroxy..that doesnt help..i eat salad and leans meats..that doesnt help...something has to give.g..frustrated. This menapause weight gain...OMG

    Are you in a calorie deficit? that helps. How accurate is you calorie counting? Do you use a food scale? How do you calculate your calorie burns?

    Have you tried a sustained period with a consistent calorie deficit?

    A calorie deficit is eating less than you burn... it's how you lose weight.

    You don't know what a calorie deficit is? It's what MFP is about: making sure you're eating the right amount of calories to lose weight. That you're calories IN is lower than your calories OUT.
