Hi, I started with wearing a Fitbit and logging 10k steps per day. Nothing, so I downloaded My Fitness Pal. I took it a step further and synced the two. I've lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks without feeling deprived. I love it.

Congrats Janetlcsw4740! I haven't tried the fit bit yet but am working closely with this app. Walking 5 hours a week with my 4 legged coach. Lost 4 pounds this week so new motivation has arrived. Sending you best wishes for next week.0
