What about fat grams?

If you're controlling your daily caloric intake and generally eating healthy foods, should you be worried about fat grams?
For example, does it matter if you get 100g of fat one day through oily fish and nuts if you still stick to your overall daily caloric allowance? Will it hinder weight loss to consume so much fat?
