Have you heard of Dukan Diet?
It's also low carb, but it allows a lot of veggies much earlier on.
I'm on Day 7 of the Dukan and I really love how I don't feel hungry nor deprived and no cravings.
But hey, it's only Day 7. Let's see how I feel after 1month of it.
