Time for change

Hey hey hey fellow FitnessPal peeps, where to start, where to start! So I've always been big and have been wanting to lose weight but the times I've had started exercising it would last for a month at the most and then I would come up with excuses and then back to square one being fat and lazy. This year I am able to make steps towards my life goal and with that comes little challenges and the first one being losing weight and completely undoing all my bad habits and retraining my body and brain to GET HEALTHY FOR LIFE. it's taken me to now to really get my head right abt how/why and the determination and motivation to commit to the change for a better and healthy me.... like they say IT STARTS WITH ME!!! I have a lot of motivation and everyday I use a different motivator (thoughts of my big family members, clothes on pinterest that I would love to wear, catching glimpses of myself in the mirror etc) so I'm reading up on workouts and nutrition and recipes to aid me w my BETTER ME journey and this app has been fantastic, motivating me to eat right. So I will like to read stories of others struggles and triumphs to help keep me on track as well as encouraging peeps to, so I look forward to it, have a good one, Chani!
