1 cup water
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 cup frozen banana
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

Tastes good and is filling.

    My favorite recipe:

    12oz sweetened soy or almond milk
    plant based protein powder
    1 cup frozen bananas
    1 cup frozen strawberries

    Greek yogurt sounds like a good addition I should try adding that.
