Hi! My name is Emmalee and tomorrow I turn 34. I'm married and have 2 AMAZING boy, 4 and 14. I have struggled with my weight for years and this past week I started again. What seems to be the endless cycle. Well this will be the end of my battle. Even though tomorrow is my birthday, I'm sticking with it. Can anyone help me stay motivated? I need all the help I can get,
