Garmin Connect Fitness Adjustment?

Every few days, I'll see 100-200 exercise calories pop up that say "Garmin Connect Fitness Adjustment". Does anyone know what these calories are? Can I actually eat them and still stay on plan or should I ignore them? Thank

    If you do an activity then you can eat them, but if it is your TDEE/aka regular expenditure then I would ignore it. I hope that helps.
