I am having a problem with eating healthy because most vegetables make me physically sick. No matter how they are prepared. I do eat salad (lettuce and baby spinach only), baked beans, white corn, and potatoes. I am not interested in creative ways to hide vegetable As I am the one that will be doing the cooking and prepping. Also, please don't tell me to just suck it up and eat my veggies. Between the consistency and flavor, they are just not for me. I do love all kinds of fruit so I do a lot of substituting. What I need most right now are healthy lunch ideas to take to work and some different dinner ideas. PLEASE HELP!!! :)

Healthy is getting the nutrients your body needs. There are tons of foods without vegetables.

Sandwich or wrap with chicken, turkey, ham, beef, tuna, shrimp, falafel, hummus, cheese, nut butter, eggs, black beans. Use different breads, tortillas, lettuce leaves.
Lentil or bean based salad or soups
Lettuce or spinach salad with meat, beans, cheese, apples, berries, etc.
Chicken or turkey- hot or cold
    Meatballs- beef, chicken or turkey
    Bean and cheese burritoes
    Rice
    Baked potato
    Corn
    Yogurt
    Oatmeal
    Cottage cheese
    Hard boiled eggs
    Muffins
    Nuts and seeds
    Pasta salads
Pasta with pumpkin, lemon, pesto, cheese or white sauce if you do not like tomato sauces.
fruit, fruit salads, fruit puree, dried fruit
    Banana with peanut butter
