No Vegetable lunches and dinners

I am having a problem with eating healthy because most vegetables make me physically sick. No matter how they are prepared. I do eat salad (lettuce and baby spinach only), baked beans, white corn, and potatoes. I am not interested in creative ways to hide vegetable As I am the one that will be doing the cooking and prepping. Also, please don't tell me to just suck it up and eat my veggies. Between the consistency and flavor, they are just not for me. I do love all kinds of fruit so I do a lot of substituting. What I need most right now are healthy lunch ideas to take to work and some different dinner ideas. PLEASE HELP!!!
