Make yourself do lots of push ups every time you have a craving. Soon it won't be worth the effort?

Or she will just end up like me and love push ups ;) It's a win win situation

Drink some water. Sounds silly but sometimes I find that I'm really just thirsty.

Buy the darkest high end chocolate you can find like 90%. Slowly nibble one square. It is so intense, you will likely not desire another piece, but be satisfied. The serotonin boost from the cacao will happen. One square of this is 60 calories.

I know the feeling...kids in bed, everything squared away for tomorrow...now it's ME time. Find ways to pamper yourself or unwind without food...nice bath, a book, etc.

You can also save calories for an evening snack if you like. If it's planned and fits in your macros/micros, why not?

OP, try brushing your teeth when you start craving something. Sounds silly but I find the simple fact that I don't want "dirty my mouth" a good deterrent from snacking. No snake oil involved!!

This is a great tip. Admittedly I make sure I always have enough calories for dessert every night, but when I get mid-day cravings it's usually just boredom. So I'll go for a quick walk, drink water, and brush my teeth, that generally solves the cravings.

If you get cravings make sure you not low on water. first thing, dring a big glass of water, if that settles and your hungry, eat real food. Sometimes we mistake hunger for thirst.

Once in a while I find that I crave cheese! So I buy a small block of expensive French cheese (Petit Basque) - which is extremely flavorful and intense. I cut off a small piece and enjoy! It feels like a splurge because it costs so much..and kind of naughty too...like buying a pair of Louboutins...but for my tastebuds...
