adding BBG workouts

I am on week 9 of kayla itsines bbg and i have no idea how many kjs i burn in the resistance training of 28 mins. Im not sure how to log it, as it is in between the two calisthenics that are in the cardiovascular section. If that makes sense

    I havent done BBG but they suggest wearing a heart rate monitor like polar to track your burn
