Feel stupid asking but...

I'm grilling chicken drumsticks tonight with the skins on but I'm not consuming the skin. Should I log that as a drumstick with skin to be on the safe side since it's being cooked in the fat of the skin? Or pull everything off of the bone, pull the skin off and weigh it then log it as X oz of dark meat? I'm trying not to overthink this but I'm within 9 lbs of goal so I have very little margin for error. Thanks!

Since you have such little room for error I would log it as with the skin to be safe. That is just what I would do.0
