Calories

I'm a 59 year old male and weight 288 and would like to lose 2 lbs per week. I changed the macro to 40 g carbs 30g fat and 30g protein and the site set me at 2020 calories per day. Am on track or do I need to adjust? Thanks!

    I think that is a reasonable calorie level for now. Try it 4 weeks and assess your results.

    Did you mean 30% instead of gram?
