A surprise workout

I just got back from a kid's birthday party at a roller rink. It's been a loooong time, but I laced up to help my little one out and before I knew it was not only having fun but sweating A LOT!
It makes sense now but it didn't even occur to me that I'd be gettingsuch a workout. ( ok , so the sweat happened when they started in with playing my old middle school songs and I passed kiddo off to daddy so I could go faster...but anyway.)
Anyone else discover a surprise workout when doing something just for fun?

Yoga, I've poopooed it for so long because I am such a cardio nut but now I know better. Yoga is a great workout in so many ways. Mind and muscle.1
