Timing your eating ??

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I work 6pm-6:30am which is a 12hr shift. Do I stop eating my calories at midnight and then shift to the next day to began with breakfast? How do I work around my schedule to keep my calories in check? Because on my off days I usually go back to a regular person and sleep at night.

Time your eating in any way that works best for you. When you eat doesn't matter for weight loss. As long as you create an overall calorie deficit, you'll lose weight.
You can go back to the previous day to log there if you want or log on the new day.
Think of your calorie goal as an average over the course of the week rather than daily.3
