14 week plan?

Hey guys,
I have a Christmas party to go to in 14 weeks & am much more motivated when I have a target to work towards.
I barely exercise now but want to do some workouts so I'm more toned (especially my butt!) for the party.
Has anyone got any ideas of what kind of workouts I should be doing? Preferably ones I can do at home?
I know I won't see miracles in 14 weeks but could do with some guidance so I know I'm doing the right thing!

Check out Fitness Blender - you can use their site to pick and choose over hundreds of You Tube videos. Some require some equipment but many don't and you can pick, HiiT, Strength, cardio etc.1
