Can someone please explain macros or point me to a website that really dumbs it down for me because I don't understand it or how to get started like my goals. TIA

    Your macros goals will depend on what your main goal is - weight gain, weight loss, building muscle, etc. Then you will aim to meet the percentages of each (fat/carb/protein) that fits into your goal.
