Hello. So lately I've been doing yoga videos for exercise daily and I'm mostly doing this one

which I find extremely difficult and I sweat like never before. Can someone tell me around how many calories this exercise burns and how I should log it in? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried logging it as yoga? It's under cardio. The calories seemed a bit high when I logged it so I would adjust down for me.

I just gave it a try and it says that it burns around 100 calories. Does that seem right? I find the exercise to be a bit too hard for just that little calories

Yoga is not a big calorie burner. Sweating is your body cooling itself, not really indicative of calorie burn.

If your goal is calorie burn - cardio is generally higher. But MFP calorie burns are estimates. Take these numbers with a grain of salt. Many MFP users eat back 50-75% of exercise calories because estimates tend to be generous.
