Macronutrient percentages and calories

Mine are 30 carb/40 protein/30 fat. I'm having trouble eating all of my calories and staying within the percentages. My calories are 1300 daily. I still have over 900 left and it's 4:30pm

    Log correctly, and then eat a good dinner, and adjust macros to fit you, not the other way around.

    You don't have to do percentages, protein and fat as minimum goals is far more flexible.

    For weight loss calories are more important than macros.
