Hello Fitness Friends, Just getting started. I think I am on a 11 days streak. Would like a person to share my successes with and hopefully no failures. My goal is to keep on track and be 205lbs by October 6. I am doing cardio on the treadmill up to one hour. I would like to be 199lbs by the end of October. What are your goals?
