Can I drink wine and lose weight easily?

Since you included "easily" only you can answer that. How would we know what was easy for you? I lost over 30 lbs while drinking nearly every day. I still drink nearly every day and have kept it off for almost a year. I believe it was easier while drinking than it would have been had I denied myself a glass of wine with dinner because I think I'd have constantly felt deprived.0

Alcohol has calories like everything. The cals you drink you have to cut somewhere else. Simple as that.
When I go out once or twice a week I easily drink 3k cals worth of cocktails and I am still struggling to keep my weight. So yes - it can be easily done0
