Round two - Let's go!

So a few years ago I lose around 2.5 stone from around 16.5 to 14 dropped 4 inch's of the waist and added a bit of muscle. After 3 years of university, drinking beer and eating an overload of dominos my weight as crept up. Time to take it off again and get toned. Thought I would join you all for the journey.

Hopefully I will be posting progress pictures in a couple of months if i stick to it.

LETS GO!

    Yep! going to add more strength training this time and be more accurate when counting my calories as well. Thanks and good look to you on your goals as well!
