Hello everyone! Just started with MFP a week ago. Wish I was using this resource when I first started trying to lose body fat in December last year. I've made considerable progress without it, but I can see the greater value if I had discovered this before. It's much better to be able to track what I'm consuming on a daily basis. My goal for this year is to get down to 10% body fat.
