From September 2013 to August 2014, I lost 90 pounds using MFP. Here we are 2 years later, and I have gained 40 of it back, which is HORRIFYING. It just crept up on me slowly. So am back to logging all my food, and I need all the encouragement I can get, because let me tell you... I am a food ADDICT. BAD!!!! Today is basically day 1! Who said you can't start on a Tuesday??
