The real question here is: What kind of cookies?4

What's with the snide/dismissive responses?
If my reading/interpretation skills still hold up, the "point" of this post is Taylorrd illustrating he's had a constant, succesful reduction in weight (NICE WORK!)-- linear, even-- all while eating foods people constantly associate with "foods that make me fat".31 -
Congratulations!0

If you think that nutritional dense food will change your body composition... then you have a very long way to go. You're stuck in the prehistoric time bubble. Body composition is not based upon the types of food that you eat. You made a comment like this in my last thread, if I was you I would get on YouTube and research people like Chris Jones, Chris Lavado, buffbunny, matt ogus, Christian Guzman and many many more people who get into the top-tier percentage of being shredded (under 8%bf) while eating with no food restrictions. Go on Instagram and type in Timbahwolf or macro coach.

Understand what you are saying - but let me ask you this though...how many hours do these people spend in the gym to achieve these results?2 -

I can answer that. The exact amount of time as if they ate whatever foods you deem worthy.4 -

Because training regimen and calorie balance is 99 percent of the battle. Every person the OP posted as well as the OP obviously have those two things under control.

Good job OP1

Awesome!!! I am confused by the confusion in the comments.2

I'm not sure how people can argue with results. I think a lot of people are stuck in the, 'This is the only way to lose weight/get fit...' type of thinking. It worked for you, congrats! I actually know someone that swears by IIFYM and has great results. I tried it but it didn't work for me as well as it did him, but that's not to say it won't for others. Again, congrats!5

Wow that's amazing! I myself practice IIFYM (if it fit your macros) and it works for me, so I understand and agree with the post fully ! Thank you1
