Kelloggs pastry crisp blueberry or strawberry 100 calories1

An apple, some yoghurt, a Fiber One snack, some candy, licorice, a tomato.....anything that is up to or just under 100 calories.
Were you thinking of something particular?3 -
They both sound lovely! To be honest I don't really fancy anything but should I have it so I stick to calories? X0

an egg

I'm not sure this helps. A tin of tuna I always find curbs appetite and tastes nice. Really liking the other suggestions too.3

I make it 150 and eat ice cream.2

I'd have whatever I'm craving and weigh out a 100 calorie portion. Might be popcorn, ice cream, chips, candy, nuts or fruit.2

Not necessarily. If you "save" some calories today, you won't feel guilty when you go over by 100 calories on another day. It will happen. Things will even out.
If you're hungry, have a snack. If you are within a 100 or so calories of your goal (plus or minus), don't worry about it. It will even out over time.0 -

Probably some fruit. In the summertime I especially like to munch on frozen fruit like grapes, blueberries or banana slices.0

I just had a 100 calorie snack pack of pringles and I will be going to bed soon. So I guess I would say pringles is a good 100 calorie pre-bedtime snack. Although I will admit they are way less awesome then I remember them being when I was a kid.1

Hard cheese. It will protect your teeth.

Because I'm a dirty eater, the Pringles (if craving salt/crunch) or 1/2 of a Hershey Bar (105 calories) (if craving sweet)0

I'd go for a glass of wine.2

I always include wine, that glass is a negative calorie. But I do enjoy an apple with a dab of peanut butter or air popped corn or a lovely cuppa tea, different flavoured teas, no I'm not British. In the winter, a delicious cup of cocoa for that toasty feeling. Make it from scratch so you control the sugar content. Keep up the battle everyone!!!0
