Ok I'm gonna get virtually beat up over this. BUT...I personally use pre-packages frozen entrees such as Lean Cuisine...that with a salad and I'm good to go...protein shakes for breakfast mostly and healthy snacks ..using the entrees for me helps me control the sodium and the calories...not forever, just for now...i have lost 60lbs...i started on a medically managed diet that was all entrees and shakes..but now im doing this....
DISCLAIMER: one day I will have to not lean on these pre-packaged meals...in all reality you cannot make any certain foods bad or evil. It has to be a lifestyle change and for weight loss all that is required is a calorie deficit!1 -

Sure but the landlorder put in a terrible low flow so you make have some clean up work afterward0 -
