Gained 30 lbs in nursing school and now trying to lose that (and then some). Any tips would be greatly appreciated

Hi and welcome,Aliyahn! I have found eating smaller, more frequent meals have helped me. Also, the biggest thing, and probably hardest, is patience! Just keep working the program and realize results won't be overnight. Successful weight loss is more of a marathon than a sprint! Best of luck!1
