    The Running Room has an eight week class, "Learn to Run" that can ease you back in to it. Or you can download a C25K program.
    (Couch to 5K; get it?).

    Oops. Walking. The Running Room has a walking class too. The principle is the same. You walk for a reasonable time today. Walk every other day slowly increasing your time.
