Workout Schedule

Hello everyone.
I'm just wondering what's the best workout schedule for weight loss? I've heard 3 days is too little so how many would I need? Is five reasonable for weight loss?

    You actually don't need to workout to lose weight. :smiley:

    Track your calories closely and use the calculator thingy on this website. (hopefully someone can help with you further with that... I've never used it but I know it's there)

    But exercise is good for you so just do what you can. Three days is perfectly fine.

    Calorie deficit for weight loss, exercise for health and fitness. The best schedule is the one you'll do consistently.

    You don't need to exercise to lose weight, but you will feel so much better and be healthier. 60 minutes for a minimum of 5x/week. Is my goal :)
