JM 30 Day Shred

Hello everyone,
I'm 11 stone, 5'6" ft. I lost about 37 lb but I gained 13 lb back. I was doing just cardio. Six days ago I started JM 30DS and I hope it works. My weight didn't change but I do notice a small change in my body.
When I was doing just cardio I moved from size 14 US to size 8 and sometimes could fit in 6 (top) and size 10 pants. Most of my fat goes to my thighs so I used to stick to sundresses cause they don't really show how big my thighs are. I decided I need a change. Doing just cardio made me loose weight but I want a toned body. Hope this DVD works (bought it from iTunes)! Do you think I should keep going? I don't have a lot of experience I could really use an advice.

Definitely keep going! And well done
I have almost exactly the same stats as you and did the 30DS for the first time two years ago. Since then I have kept it incorporated in my work out schedule or to kick my butt back into gear when I fall off he wagon.
When I first did it I didn't notice a huge drop in the scale but my entire body got tighter and more defined. Definitely stick with it and good luck!1 -
I just finished 30 Day Shred yesterday. I see a lot of changes in my body, especially in my core and upper body. I am so pleased with the results. I'm alternating Banish Fat Boost Metsbolism with No More Trouble Zones starting today.1

I'll decided to keep going!! I literally just finished day 7! I'm little new to weight lifting. I stopped getting sore muscles so today I decided to lift 4 pounds. I was lifting like 2 pounds. Did you have this problem before since you've done 30DS. Thanks a lot0
