Consuming less fat

When I log in what I have been eating during the day my fat percentage is a little higher than the rest. I think I am eating better than I used to though. How can I consume food that has less fat?

Re-read what you typed a couple of times and see if you come to the conclusion that anyone else would.1

Are you happy with your diet? If so, no need to change it. Fat does not cause weight gain, extra calories do. If you aren't happy and feel reducing fat would make you like your choices better, just pick things that have less fat: lower fat dairy, less cooking oil, fewer nuts...etc, depending on where most of your fat comes from.1

Um.. Consuming fat isn't a bad thing. Fat is an extremely important macro nutrient. Eating fat isn't how you gain fat. Why are you so worried about your total fat consumption?1

Unless the fat is taking you over your calories, roll with it. Learning fat wasn't the enemy was one of the best things I did to lose weight. So much yummy.1
