Ready to be in control of my body again.

Hi. I'm Katrina. I'm 30 and overweight due to health problems and filling the void with food. Exercise is really difficult for me due to pain and fatigue, so just going to concentrate on my diet for now. I need to stay at 1,500 calories a day due to being in bed a lot, but I've always had a hard time keeping it under 2,000 and have been way over that lately. I've plateau at 213 pounds for awhile now, but I'm only 5'3. My whole life I've been active and in shape. It wasn't until 2012 that I started having medical problems and started to gain weight towards the end of that year. I'm over being out of control of my own body due to pain, fatigue, and poor eating. I can at least fix one of those things. Thanks for listening!

    I hope you find a way to feel better. Losing excess weight is definitely a good start. It's good to start out making small changes. The other stuff will come with time.
