ZUU training anyone?

Just went to my first ZUU class tonight. Was a bit nervous as a friend of mine went two weeks ago and was almost totally crippled the next day. Was also concerned it might irritate my rotator cuff tears.

The instructors are both navy officers but they talked to me before we started and one has had rotator cuff issues too.

I loved it. Although I'm sure I'm going to feel it tomorrow. Those frog squats are evil.

If anyone does it, how do you log it on MFP?
