No side effects yet, only maybe 1-2 lb difference. Feel slightly less hungry but still want evening snack small. Eat a few bites and am full fast. I have 50,pounds to loose and am a avid runner but after last child of 5 three years ago hard to lose. Hard to run over weight. Physical was great before starting. I hope it works for me.
