So, Hi!

Hi!

Here I am again, I've been a member of MFP for years but still haven't lost the weight. In fact, I yo-yo more than anything else.

I've had a bit of a mini breakdown, rapidly approaching 30 (in a matter of days!) and I didn't want to be fat. Guess what? I was in denial I'm still chubby!

I don't want to be chubby when I'm 31! I really, really need some friends to help with motivation and give me a kick up the rear when I start reverting to old ways.

So please, if you think you can help this girl who knows how to lose weight on paper but is struggling in reality, please add me! Whether you're on your journey (let's kick butt together) or already at your goal weight (woo!) I would love for us to be MFP buddies. I need all the help and support I can get.

    MFP is a fantastic tool for weight loss. It really helped me lost 30 pounds. It doesn't have to be difficult and it doesn't mean restricting absolutely everything you enjoy eating. I promise you can do this! :)
